What is your return policy?
Enjoy a no hassle return policy. Within 30 days of original ship date, you will be issued a cash refund for the cost of the item you’re returning less the cost of your original shipping. If you want to return an item, simply send it back to us using address listed below and include a copy of your sales receipt or a note with your order number. Any exchanges that were eligible for free shipping originally will be shipped back to you free of charge.
Within 90 days of original ship date, Store Credit will be issued for the cost of the item you return.
Please allow 7 business days for the shipment to arrive once you send it back.
Products must be in the condition that you received them in and in the original packaging. Items returned in non-sellable condition (no tags and/or packaging) will be charged a 15% restocking fee. We will issue a store credit for the balance, valid for one year.
Orders or packages that get refused or returned to sender are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Sage to Summit is not responsible for customer errors on shipping addresses.
